The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems and be capable of installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining 3-phase electrical equipment to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. *Key Responsibilities* Install, maintain, and repair 3-phase electrical systems and industrial wiring. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, MCC panels, and distribution boards. Install, connect, and commission 3-phase motors, pumps, compressors, and other industrial equipment. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems. Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and single-line diagrams. Inspect electrical equipment to identify potential issues and prevent unexpected breakdowns. Replace or repair faulty electrical components, including contactors, relays, circuit breakers, overloads, switches, and cables. Test electrical circuits and equipment using multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers (Megger), and other testing instruments. Ensure proper earthing and electrical safety of all equipment.
