Qualification: DAE/B.Tech (Ref& Air Conditioning*)* Experience: 04-05 Years * Follow and perform routine/preventive maintenance for all air conditioners in office/site and machines. * Replaced components, circuit boards and motors, cleaned coils, repaired insulation adjusted belts * Repaired damaged and dysfunctional chillers, heaters and refrigeration. * Performed emergency repairs as needed * Provided routine adjustments on AC units to maximize operational efficiency * Maintain Tools, equipment and supplies in a safe and orderly condition * Diagnosed problems in air conditioning units and performed the appropriate repairs to return them to good working order. * To Inform your Immediate Supervisor regarding repair and maintenance (if any). * To Make sure attendance and punctuality in duties. * To follow rules & regulations and comply with the instructions of your seniors to maintain discipline in Company. * To perform other duties as entrusted by your HOD / In charge.
