Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air conditioning and ventilation systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC equipment and be capable of ensuring efficient system performance through preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Responsibilities * Install, maintain, and repair split ACs, window ACs, cassette units, ducted systems, package units, and VRF/VRV systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment. * Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. * Inspect compressors, condensers, evaporators, thermostats, electrical controls, and refrigerant lines. * Check refrigerant gas pressure, detect leaks, and recharge refrigerants when required. * Clean and service indoor and outdoor units, filters, coils, blowers, and drainage systems. * Replace defective components, including motors, capacitors, compressors, contactors, relays, and thermostats. * Read and interpret HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. * Respond promptly to emergency maintenance and breakdown calls. * Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and equipment records. * Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and environmental regulations.
