We're Hiring: AI Automation & Bot Engineer Arittek Solution is looking for a hands-on AI professional who can design, train, and optimise intelligent AI agents and automation workflows for real-world business use cases. Key Responsibilities: - Design, train, and fine-tune AI chatbots and AI agents - Build intelligent workflows using LLMs and automation tools - Develop sentiment-based routing, response logic, and escalation flows - Create AI-powered customer support and sales automation - Integrate AI with APIs, CRMs, knowledge bases, and third-party systems - Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI performance - Work with prompt engineering, conversational design, and agent orchestration Requirements: - Proven experience building AI bots or AI agents - Strong understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) - Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, and workflow automation - Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn business processes into AI-driven solutions If you've built production-ready AI solutions and enjoy solving complex business challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
