Ltd. is looking for a *creative and technically skilled Architect Designer* with *2–5 years of relevant experience* in residential, commercial and fit-out projects. *Key Responsibilities* * Develop architectural *plans, elevations, sections, façades and working drawings*. * Handle *interior design and space planning* for residential, commercial and fit-out projects. * Create 2D drawings (3D obligatory), 3D models, renders and professional design presentations. * Develop creative and functional design concepts according to client requirements. * Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, engineers and project teams. * Revise designs and drawings according to client and site requirements. * Ensure designs comply with *DHA, LDA and TMA/local authority bylaws*. * Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP requirements. *Requirements* * *2–5 years of professional experience* in architecture/design. * Bachelor’s degree in *Architecture (B.
