About the role Deepo builds construction cost estimation and project delivery for the Pakistani market. You will own the technical accuracy of what the platform produces — validating that a Deepo estimate reflects what the building actually requires — and provide engineering oversight on projects we deliver. This sits between design and execution. You are not drawing elevations, and you are not pouring concrete. You are the person who reads a drawing set and knows what it will cost, what will go wrong, and what the contractor is about to over-quote. Responsibilities Technical validation Review architectural and structural drawing sets for buildability, compliance and cost implications Validate Deepo's generated BOQs against engineering first principles; investigate and document every material variance Own the consumption coefficient library — cement, steel, masonry, plaster, MEP per sq ft — and revise it against actual project consumption data Flag designs where structural or MEP decisions will drive disproportionate cost, before client sign-off Systems and coordination Coordinate structural, electrical, plumbing and HVAC layouts into a buildable set Load calculations, MEP sizing, and services routing review Ensure compliance with CDA, DHA, Bahria and RDA requirements, including society-specific structural mandates Project delivery Site supervision on active Deepo projects — st…
