Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English) We are in search of an experienced Architectural & Interior Designer who is fervent about design and possesses a rich background in both residential and commercial project designs, mainly in kitchens and bathrooms. As a Kitchen/ Bathrooms Designer/Architect, you will be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of kitchen/bathrooms design projects from inception to completion. This role demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and technical proficiency. Responsibilities Design and plan kitchen/bathroom renovations that meet client specifications and recent trends. Create detailed construction documents for client presentations and supplier coordination. Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, 3DS Max, and Lumion to produce high-quality visualizations. Engage with clients to refine designs and confirm requirements, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to timelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution. Creation and elevation of designs using the 20/20 platform. Deployment of the KCDW software for developing and presenting precise kitchen concept visuals.
