Shafisons Engineering is expanding and looking for a results-driven *Area Sales Manager* to lead our Building Services segment in the *North region*, covering plumbing, drainage, MEP and HVAC piping systems for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Reporting to the Regional Manager, with Territory Sales Managers and Sales Executives as your team. *The Role* Lead the assigned area on sales growth, uphold dealer sales and collection policies, and grow market share across builders, consultants, and MEP contractors. *What You'll Do* 1. Assign and follow up on sales and recovery targets 2. Induct new customers and expand territory coverage 3. Plan and implement promotional activities with RM approval 4. Track competitor activity, pricing, and tactics 5. Submit daily, monthly, and quarterly reports 6. Explore new unexplored areas, territories, and projects 7. Visit customers and projects to assess requirements and specifications 8. Motivate, guide, and manage subordinate staff 9. Identify training needs and support team development 10.
