Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented *Assistant Manager – Operations & Maintenance (O&M)* to lead nationwide telecom site maintenance activities and ensure maximum network availability across telecom infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising field teams, coordinating with customers and vendors, monitoring SLAs, and ensuring timely resolution of site issues while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in telecom site infrastructure, power systems, field operations, and customer management, with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects across Pakistan.
