NKU Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate SQA Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through thorough manual testing practices. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze system specifications and requirements. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC and methodologies to identify, record, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools Design, develop, and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans. Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software quality. Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing. Assist in maintaining test documentation and reports. Contribute to improving QA processes and standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (Manual Testing). Exposure to automation testing (Selenium, Playwright, or similar) is a plus / preferred Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies. Hands-on experience with manual testing techniques.
