*Role and Responsibilities* 1. Strong skills in both Manual and Automation Testing are required. 2. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. 3. Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated tests for web applications using Selenium. 4. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot test automation environments and frameworks. 5. Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and reliable automation frameworks. 6. Define and implement effective test automation strategies, approaches, and execution plans. 7. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities across project releases. 8. Execute automated regression and functional test suites and analyze test results. 9. Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, methodologies, tools, and automation coverage. 10. Provide regular and accurate status updates, reports, and testing insights. 11. Investigate, debug, and troubleshoot defects across Web, API, Mobile, and related application components. * Collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders within an Agile/Scrum environment. *Qualifications and Education Requirements* 1.
