Required for Saudi Arabia To Lead the Execution of Surveillance/Automation Systems Projects and ensure that they meet the operational needs and requirements in accordance with GACA Regulations and International Standards, in order to deliver Air Traffic Control services to its customers in a safe and efficient manner within the set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures. *Core Responsibilities*: * Translate air traffic Surveillance Operational requirements into technical plans and programs by developing system design concepts, outlining technical performance specifications, identifying procurement requests and defining installation and testing standards, * Develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs), participate in the evaluation and selection of proposals and contractors and draft the technical sections of the contract, * Participate in the Design Reviews, testing, commissioning and hand-over of Surveillance/Automation systems projects and ensure that the delivered system meets all the requirements in terms of specifications and performance, * Monitor on-site progress and ensure that tasks and activities are being completed as per agreed specifications and quality standards, and taking appropriate action in case of any deviation, * Conduct Coverage Studies for Surveillance systems using existing Coverage Analysis Software, * Participate in any Aeronautical Study by…
