Karachi (Field + Office) Full-time Fresh / 0–2 yrs exp Growth role *ABOUT THE ROLE* We are a growing industrial automation services startup based in Karachi, delivering PLC/HMI control systems, instrumentation solutions, and automation projects across multiple industries. We are looking for a motivated fresh or junior engineer to join us full-time, someone who is hungry to learn, works fast, and wants to build real hands-on expertise across a wide range of industrial environments. *WHAT YOU WILL DO* * Assist in preparing technical documentation, reports, and project files. * Assist during site commissioning, wiring verification, and field inspections. * Support PLC/HMI programming tasks under supervision (Siemens, Delta, Weintek, Mitsubishi, etc.). * Assist in instrument installation (pressure sensor, temperature sensor, level & flow sensors, etc). * Maintain organised project records, BOQs, and job sheets. * Travel to client sites in and around Karachi as required. *WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR* * DAE, B.E., or B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering (fresh or up to 2 years of experience). * Basic understanding of electrical circuits, control panels, or instrumentation, even from academic projects. * Strong willingness to learn and ability to pick up new skills quickly. * Comfortable with fieldwork; must be willing to visit industrial sites. * …
