*About the Role* We are looking for an experienced *BMS Sales Engineer* to lead the initial development of our BMS business in Pakistan, starting from Islamabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships and promoting our internationally represented BMS brand within the commercial and industrial sectors. *Key Responsibilities* * Develop and execute BMS sales and business development activities in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and subsequently other markets in Pakistan. * Identify new BMS opportunities across commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality and institutional projects. * Build and maintain relationships with *MEP consultants, HVAC contractors, electrical contractors, developers, system integrators, facility managers and end users*. * Identify upcoming projects and work with consultants/contractors to get BMS solutions specified and included in tenders. * Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations and product submittals. * Understand project specifications, BOQs and BMS requirements and coordinate with the technical team where required. * Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations and project follow-ups. * Negotiate with customers and manage opportunities through to order closure. * Monitor market developments, competitor products and pricing. * Develop and maintain a …
