Job Description – Building Manager (Civil) Position: Building Manager – Civil Department: Civil / Facilities Management Reporting To: Project Director / Management Key Responsibilities * Supervise and manage civil maintenance, repair, renovation, and building works. * Conduct regular inspections and identify structural defects, leakage, and maintenance requirements. * Supervise contractors and ensure work is completed on time and according to approved specifications and quality standards. * Coordinate with MEP, electrical, HVAC, and other facility teams. * Monitor material usage, work quality, costs, and progress. * Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and completed works. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations. * Report major maintenance requirements and project progress to management. Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. * Relevant experience in building maintenance, construction, or facility management. * Good knowledge of civil works, drawings, BOQs, and building maintenance. * Strong supervision, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
