Position Summary We are seeking an experienced *Civil Design Engineer* to join our Engineering & Design team, specializing in *Telecom Towers, High-Rise Structures, and associated infrastructure*. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in *end-to-end structural and architectural design*, including design calculations, structural analysis, drawing preparation, design verification, and compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all designs are *structurally safe, technically sound, constructible, and compliant* before final approval and implementation. Key Responsibilities * Develop and review *end-to-end structural designs* for telecom towers, rooftop structures, monopoles, lattice towers, high-rise structures, equipment platforms, foundations, and related infrastructure. * Perform structural analysis and design considering *dead loads, live loads, wind loads, seismic loads, equipment loads, environmental conditions, and other applicable loading criteria*. * Conduct *wind pressure, wind load, tower loading, foundation, stability, and structural capacity assessments* as required. * Prepare and review structural calculations, design reports, structural drawings, details, and specifications. * Ensure designs comply with applicable *building codes, structural standards, client specifi…
