Key Responsibilities * *Site supervision*: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety standards. * *Project coordination*: Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project managers to maintain workflow efficiency. * *Quality assurance*: Monitor materials, workmanship, and adherence to engineering specifications. * *Team management*: Lead site engineers, foremen, and labor teams, providing guidance and resolving technical issues. * *Reporting*: Prepare progress reports, maintain site records, and update management on milestones. Required Qualifications * *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). * *Experience*: 7–10 years in large-scale infrastructure/mining projects, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. * *Technical skills*: Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural design, and project management software. * *Certifications*: PEC registration (mandatory), safety training certifications (preferred). * *Soft skills*: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability in remote project environments.
