Position Summary The Technical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the technical integrity, constructability, and long-term performance of all physical assets. Working closely with the RDD Manager, this role focuses on construction quality, technical coordination, engineering assessments, site inspections, maintenance planning, and execution support. The ideal candidate is practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both in the office and on-site. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate technical aspects of construction, maintenance, and refurbishment works. * Review drawings, quantities, and technical documentation for accuracy and constructability. * Conduct regular site inspections and monitor quality of workmanship. * Identify technical issues and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions. * Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments throughout project execution. * Monitor the condition of physical assets and recommend maintenance or replacement where necessary. * Support budgeting through technical quantity verification and engineering assessments. * Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable technical requirements.
