Skills Required* * Install and level new CNC lathe and milling machines. * Replace spindle bearings of CNC lathe and milling machines. * Carry out mechanical adjustments of CNC lathe turrets. * Find and repair problems in hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication systems of CNC lathe and milling machines . * Read and understand mechanical drawings. * Have basic knowledge of FANUC G-codes and M-codes. * Candidates who know CNC lathe and milling machine programming will be preferred. *2. Education* * DAE or B.Tech Mechanical. *3. Experience* * Minimum five years of hands-on service experience with CNC lathes and milling machines. * Must have independently installed and repaired CNC turning centres and machining centres. *Fresh candidates and CNC operators without machine service experience should not apply.* *4.
