Commissioning Engineer - Smart Building Systems

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled BMS Commissioning Engineer responsible for the commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and handover of Building Management Systems (BMS). The successful candidate will ensure that BMS installations are operating efficiently and in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, client requirements, and applicable industry standards. Key Responsibilities Perform commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and functional verification of Building Management Systems (BMS). Configure and commission BMS controllers, field devices, sensors, actuators, panels, servers, workstations, and associated software. Verify BMS points, graphics, sequences of operation, alarms, trends, schedules, and control strategies as per approved project requirements. Conduct point-to-point checks, loop checks, functional performance testing, and system optimization. Integrate BMS with third-party systems such as HVAC equipment, Fire Alarm Systems, Energy Management Systems, Electrical Systems, and other building services using communication protocols. Work with protocols including BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LonWorks, or other relevant communication interfaces.
