Join our growing team as a Remote Computer User Support Specialist who will provide technical assistance and user support across our digital platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting, helping users resolve issues, and working in a structured remote environment. In this position, you will assist users with technical concerns, guide them through solutions, and ensure systems are functioning effectively.
