We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager (B-Tech Civil) *Key Responsibilities:* * Proven experience in high-end and multi-story building projects * Strong knowledge of RCC, structural works, as well as high- end finishing jobs. * Ability to manage site activities, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams *Required Qualifications & Skills:* * B-Tech in Civil Engineering * Minimum 7 years of experience in high-end building construction. * Strong understanding of concrete works and construction practices. * Well versed with architectural details and high-end finishes. * Ability to prepare Bar Building Schedules, rate analysis and contractor bills. * Must be able to prepare work orders for petty contractors and monitor their works. * Hands-on experience in using Total Station and Theodolite. * Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
