We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented *Residential Construction Site Supervisor* to manage day-to-day field operations for premium residential projects (2 Kanal) in DHA Lahore. The successful candidate will oversee site execution from initial soil testing and grey structure through high-end interior/exterior finishing. They will ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, DHA Building Control regulations, quality benchmarks, material efficiency, and project timelines. *Key Responsibilities* *1. Daily Site Execution & Quality Assurance* * Supervise daily site operations for grey structure (excavation, RCC columns/slabs, brickwork, steel binding) and finishing work (marble/tile laying, woodwork, ceiling, plumbing, electrical). * Read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and 3D working drawings on-site. * Inspect shuttering, steel reinforcement layouts, concrete pouring, and mortar ratios before casting to ensure structural integrity. * Ensure strict quality control for all finishing work, ensuring alignment, proper level checks (_Water Level_), and tile/marble joint perfection. *2.
