*Job Summary* Our client is seeking an experienced *Cost Control Engineer / Quantity Surveyor* for a construction and infrastructure project in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring project costs, reviewing contractor payments, verifying quantities, preparing cost reports and identifying potential budget overruns. The role requires strong commercial understanding, practical site exposure and the ability to control project expenditure without compromising quality. *Key Responsibilities* * Monitor the overall project budget and expenditure. * Compare actual project costs against the approved budget. * Review contractor payment applications, bills and supporting documents. * Verify executed quantities against drawings, BOQs and site records. * Identify potential cost overruns and financial risks at an early stage. * Recommend practical cost-saving measures without affecting project quality. * Prepare regular cost-control reports and budget forecasts. * Maintain updated records of project costs, commitments and payments. * Assist management in evaluating variations and changes in project scope. * Coordinate with contractors, consultants and the project team on commercial matters. *Qualification & Experience* * Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. * Experience on large commercial, build…
