This role is responsible for cleaning and preparing vacant properties within our housing portfolio to ensure they are maintained to a professional and presentable standard. It plays a key part in supporting property readiness by delivering thorough cleaning services that meet company requirements and expectations. Working as part of a team, custodians ensure properties are hygienic, safe, and visually appealing for incoming tenants or inspections. The role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork, with an emphasis on quality service. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 hours per day Essential Responsibilities: Conduct assigned custodial tasks within housing portfolio Mop/steam clean floors Steam clean carpets, lounges, armchairs, beds and other upholstered furniture Remove calcium scale build up in showers and bathrooms Dusting and cobweb removal Cleaning blemishes and marks on surfaces hi/lo Conduct all actions to ensure highly rated customer service is provided to customer(s) Maintain necessary cleaning supplies needed in provided transport (Van) Maintain and store all inventory of all supplies for custodial staff.
