*Customer Support Engineer.* * Receive inbound calls from existing customers including service engineers to identify and resolve caller needs, issues and provide information. * Make outbound follow-up calls to service engineer and persuade to complete customer queries and submit tickets. * Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with Company installed equipment and escalate issues to management appropriately. *Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed:* * Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical or Electronics will be preferred. * Must be a computer literate with a typing speed of 30 wpm+ * Must have at least two years of professional experience * Excellent communication skills * Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple tasks Job Types: Contract, Full-time Pay: Rs45,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you willing to work in shifting schedule?
