Job Summary We are seeking an experienced *Deputy Chief Engineer* to support the Chief Engineer in overseeing the engineering and maintenance operations of a 5-star luxury resort. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient operation of all building systems while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Assist in managing daily engineering and maintenance operations. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and civil systems. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations. * Lead and motivate the engineering team to achieve operational excellence. * Monitor utilities, maintenance costs, and inventory of engineering supplies. * Coordinate with other departments to resolve maintenance issues promptly. * Support emergency response and ensure minimal operational downtime. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or a related field). * Minimum *7–10 years* of engineering experience, including *3–5 years* in a supervisory role within a *5-star hotel or luxury resort*. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, generator, solar power generator,fire & life safety systems, and preventive maintenance. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
