Ltd. *Department:* Maintenance *Position:* Deputy Manager Maintenance *Reports To:* Manager Maintenance / Head of Engineering Job Purpose To lead and supervise the maintenance function, ensuring maximum availability, reliability and safe operation of plant, machinery, electrical systems and utilities while minimizing breakdowns, downtime and maintenance costs. Key Responsibilities * Plan and supervise preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities. * Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical and utility equipment. * Monitor machine breakdowns, downtime and maintenance response time. * Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for plant and production equipment. * Coordinate with Production to minimize machine downtime and production interruptions. * Lead maintenance teams, technicians and electricians and allocate daily work. * Identify recurring equipment failures and implement permanent corrective actions. * Maintain maintenance records, equipment history and breakdown reports. * Monitor spare parts, critical inventory and maintenance consumables. * Coordinate with Procurement for required spare parts, tools and services. * Supervise contractors and external maintenance service providers. * Ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical, s…
