*Essential Roles and Responsibilities: * *Roles:* To look after, repair and manage all electronic, electrical & mechanical issues of machines at both units of BEI *Responsibilities:* * Maintain machines in terms of electronic, electrical & mechanical problems, as per the preventive maintenance plan in coordination with head of maintenance * Troubleshoot the malfunctions SPM, CNC, CO2 Welding, Spot / Argon Welding etc. and find the best possible solution to rectify the machine problems. * Coordinate and arrange spares / parts from SCM department, as and when needed for making the machine fully functional * Record and maintain machine fault data and prepare report for the review of the management * To work as bridge between the production and maintenance head to identify and resolve the maintenance issues of machines * Administer, manage and control the Electronic lab and protect all the tools used for the maintenance of machines *Performance Goals (KPIs):* · Machine Downtime in hours · Repair & Maintenance cost · Adherence of Preventive Management plan Job Type: Full-time Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your current Salary? * What is your expected salary? * Where do you live in Karachi?
