Premier Services is an Islamabad-based company providing services in construction and renovation. We are seeking an experienced Draftsman with strong knowledge of AutoCad, quantity take-offs, BOQs and layouts. *Key Responsibilities:* - Prepare detailed 2D drawings, shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD. - Review architectural, civil, electrical, and MEP drawings and coordinate with site teams. - Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, material estimates, and cost calculations. - Take site measurements and verify quantities against drawings and actual site conditions. - Prepare and update variation statements, rate analysis, and project measurement sheets. - Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial submissions. - Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors. - Maintain proper records of drawings, quantities, BOQs, and project documentation. - Conduct regular site visits for measurements, inspections, and drawing verification.
