Electrical Commissioning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Commissioning Engineer to oversee the testing, commissioning, and startup of electrical systems for industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will ensure all electrical installations are commissioned safely, comply with project specifications, and meet applicable industry standards. ## Key Responsibilities \* Plan, execute, and supervise electrical commissioning activities. \* Review electrical drawings, specifications, and commissioning procedures. \* Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning of LV, MV, and HV electrical systems. \* Conduct functional testing of transformers, switchgear, motor control centers (MCCs), generators, UPS systems, protection relays, motors, VFDs, and associated equipment. \* Verify cable continuity, insulation resistance, grounding, and electrical protection schemes. \* Coordinate commissioning activities with construction, engineering, vendors, and client representatives. \* Troubleshoot electrical issues during commissioning and startup. \* Prepare commissioning documentation, checklists, test reports, punch lists, and handover dossiers. \* Ensure co…
