*Job Description* The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for the *design, analysis, and documentation of electrical systems* for buildings and infrastructure projects. The role includes power, lighting, low-current systems, and LV/MV electrical design in compliance with applicable codes and standards. *Key Roles & Responsibilities* * Design *building electrical systems*, including *power, lighting, communication, and CCTV*. * Prepare *Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)* for LV and MV systems. * Perform *electrical load calculations*, short-circuit calculations, and equipment sizing. * Develop *LV and MV electrical designs*, including transformers, switchgear, panels, and distribution systems. * Design and coordinate *low-current systems* such as data, communication, fire alarm interface, and CCTV. * Prepare *design drawings, specifications, and BOQs* in accordance with project requirements. * Ensure compliance with *international and local electrical codes and standards* (IEC, NEC, IEEE, etc.). * Coordinate with *architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines* to resolve design interfaces. *Qualifications & Experience* * Bachelor’s Degree in *Electrical Engineering* or equivalent. * Minimum *1 years* of experience in electrical design (adjust as needed). * knowledge of *LV/MV systems and building services design*.
