## About the role We design and build energy and process equipment: rooftop solar with thermal and electricalstorage, small process plants, and purpose-built production machinery. The electrical engineerowns everything from the incoming supply to the last sensor — load lists and cable sizing, motorand VFD selection, control panel layout, earthing and protection, and the instrumentation thattells us whether a machine is actually doing what we designed it to do. You will not be handed a finished design to install. You will work out the load, choose the parts,lay out the panel, wire up a prototype, put sensors on it and log the data so we can see whatreally happened. Almost everything we build is a one-off, so care and record-keeping matter morethan speed. \*\*Training is provided in-house\*\* — if you are a fresh graduate who is genuinelycurious about how equipment works, we will teach you the rest. ## What you would actually do - Work out load lists, cable sizes, breaker and protection ratings for a machine or a small plant- Select motors, drives, VFDs, PV modules, inverters, batteries and charge equipment- Lay out and get built the control panels, then wire and commission them- Fit thermocouples, RTDs, flow and pressure sensors; log and plot the readings- Build simple microcontroller-based controllers and data loggers- Specify earthing, bonding, RCD protection and safety interl…
