The ideal professional should have strong knowledge of solar O&M, wind power projects, and Microgrid SCADA/EMS.* *Key Responsibilities:* · *Manage the operations & Maintenance of multi-megawatt solar and wind power plants.* · *Supervise daily operations and preventive maintenance for solar & Wind plants up to 10MW.* · *Lead technical execution, vendor coordination, and SOP alignment for solar and wind turbines.* · *Monitor existing energy management systems (EMS) and energy analyzers to optimize overall plant efficiency.* · *Experience in energy efficiency to optimize power across machinery, sub-assemblies and wiring infrastructure.* · *Collaborate on Mini & Microgrid deployment to integrate solar, wind, and grid systems Flawlessly.* · *Coordinate and monitor the installation and operations to ensure power factor stability.* · *Lead on-site technical teams and other under supervision crews to maintain peak plant performance.* *Requirements:* · *Graduate (BS-BE Electrical Preferably) * · *Minimum 3–4 years of progressive experience in renewable energy or industrial electrical engineering.* · *Strong knowledge of solar Power systems, wind turbines, Power Configura…
