*Key Responsibilities* * Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HT and LT electrical distribution systems. * Supervise the operation and maintenance of transformers, substations, switchgear, circuit breakers, and protection systems. * Monitor and maintain powerhouse operations, including generators, synchronization panels, and power distribution equipment. * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on all electrical equipment. * Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime. * Ensure uninterrupted power supply and efficient load management throughout the facility. * Plan and execute electrical installations, upgrades, and expansion projects. * Prepare electrical layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and technical documentation. * Monitor electrical energy consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives. * Ensure compliance with national electrical standards and company safety procedures. * Conduct routine inspections of electrical panels, motors, cables, transformers, and protection devices. * Coordinate with production and maintenance teams during shutdowns and planned maintenance activities. * Manage electrical contractors and supervise outsourced electrical work. * Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and equipment history. * Ensure proper inventory of electrical spare parts and recommend p…
