We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Electrical Supervisor and General Electrician to manage and oversee our agricultural processing and baling operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and supervision of machinery and field activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of baling and biomass processing equipment. Manage and maintain hydraulic baling machines, conveyor systems, generators, motors, and related machinery. Coordinate field collection activities and travel with operational teams during collection campaigns when required. Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules. Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and coordinate repairs. Monitor production targets, machine performance, and equipment uptime. Supervise operators and labour teams to ensure safe and efficient operations. Maintain operational records, maintenance logs, and inventory of spare parts.
