Key Responsibilities Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of all hotel electrical systems and equipment. Handle and troubleshoot single-phase and three-phase electrical systems. Maintain and troubleshoot motor control circuits, contactors, relays, overloads, and control panels. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of Star-Delta motor starting systems. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of Forward/Reverse motor control circuits. Maintain electrical motors, pumps, exhaust fans, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and other hotel equipment. Carry out guest-room electrical maintenance, including lights, switches, sockets, power outlets, and other electrical fixtures. Maintain hotel lighting systems, including lobby, corridors, guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, banquet halls, parking areas, emergency lighting, and outdoor lighting. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in guest rooms and public areas promptly to minimize guest inconvenience. Maintain and troubleshoot DBs, MCBs, MCCBs, breakers, isolators, contactors, and electrical panels. Inspect electrical cables, wiring, connections, terminals, and earthing systems. Attend emergency electrical breakdowns and respond promptly to maintenance calls from hotel departments.
