We are looking for an experienced Electronics Maintenance Manager to manage industrial electronics maintenance, troubleshooting and repair across our gloves manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Lead electronic maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting of gloves machinery. Diagnose and repair PCBs, control cards, power supply boards, sensors, relays and electronic modules. Handle electronics of Seamless Glove Knitting Machines (7G, 10G, 13G, 15G, 18G, 24G) and Circular Knitting Machines. Troubleshoot VFDs, drives, inverters, sensors and machine control systems. Maintain and troubleshoot solar inverter systems. Coordinate with mechanical/electrical maintenance teams to reduce machine downtime. Perform preventive maintenance and maintain machine-wise electronic records. Identify recurring faults and implement permanent corrective solutions. Maintain critical electronic spare parts and repair/replacement records. Support production during urgent breakdowns and ensure machines are safely returned to operation. Requirements DAE / B.Tech / Bachelor's in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field. 5–7 years of hands-on industrial electronics maintenance experience.
