The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in industrial machine electronics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and knowledge: * 7–8 years of experience in industrial electronics maintenance. * Strong troubleshooting skills for PLC-controlled machines and industrial automation systems. * Experience with sensors, encoders, servo drives, VFDs, HMIs, and control panels. * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit schematics. * Experience in diagnosing communication faults (Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet, RS-485, CAN, etc.). * Knowledge of industrial networking, data communication cables, and signal troubleshooting. * Hands-on experience with machine breakdown analysis and root cause investigation. * Ability to perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities. * Good understanding of electrical safety standards and machine commissioning. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under production pressure.
