We are seeking a competent and experienced *ELV Engineer* to manage, supervise, and coordinate the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of *Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems* for a high-rise mixed-use building project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all ELV works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. *Key Responsibilities* · Supervise and monitor installation of ELV systems across the high-rise project. · Review ELV drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications, and method statements. · Coordinate ELV works with Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and other engineering teams. · Manage site activities related to: o CCTV Surveillance Systems o Access Control Systems o Public Address (PA) / Voice Evacuation Systems o Structured Cabling / Data & Telephone Systems o SMATV / IPTV Systems o Intercom Systems o Building Management System (BMS) interfaces o Fire Alarm System coordination/interfaces o Parking Management Systems o Audio/Visual and other ELV systems as applicable · Ensure proper installation, termination, testing, labeling, and commissioning of ELV systems. · Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for technical matters. · Inspect materials and equipment to ensure compliance with approved speci…
