The role focuses on platform operations, technical support, troubleshooting, monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with architecture, engineering, and business teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions What you'll do: Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise innovation platforms, tools, environments, and shared technical services. Assist architects and senior engineers in translating innovation requirements into platform capabilities, technical tasks, integration needs, and supportable solution components. Build, configure, test, and support platform components such as APIs, automation workflows, data connections, cloud services, low-code solutions, dashboards, and reusable templates.
