1. Installation & Maintenance Manage installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems including LT/HT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, and power distribution. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure zero downtime. Monitor and maintain electrical equipment health, AMC works, and service schedules. 2. Project Execution (IT/Campus/Corporate) Support electrical design reviews, load calculations, BOQs, and technical specifications. Supervise electrical works for new fit-outs, expansions, data centers, and infrastructure upgrades. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams. 3. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and audit requirements. Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments. Maintain documentation for inspections, permits, and regulatory submissions. 4. Operations & Monitoring Track energy consumption, implement energy-saving measures, and recommend optimisation opportunities. Manage BMS dashboards, UPS monitoring, and emergency power systems. Handle electrical breakdowns and troubleshoot issues promptly. 5. Documentation & Vendor Management Prepare reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
