*Company : SG Allied Businesses Limited* *Location: *B-40 Site Karachi *We need a Facility Manager for our Large industrial complex , buildings, generators etc*. *About the Role* SG Allied Businesses Limited is looking for a responsible and experienced *Facility Manager (*Mechanical & Maintenance) to oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. *Key Responsibilities* * Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance. * Oversee all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance activities. * Ensure uninterrupted operation of production utilities and building services. * Coordinate repairs with internal staff and external contractors. * Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory. * Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies. * Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs. *Requirements* * *Age: 40–50 years* * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (preferred). * Minimum *10 years* of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. * Good knowledge of mechanical equipment, electrical systems, utilities, generators, compressors, pumps, and building maintenance. * Strong leadership, planning, and troubleshooting skills. * Honest, dependable, and capable of working independently. *What We Offer* * Co…
