*Aesthetics Lab* is seeking a dedicated and proactive *Facility Officer* to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of our Islamabad facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing facility operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring a clean, secure, and well-maintained environment for employees and clients. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the day-to-day facility operations and maintenance. * Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the premises. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems and equipment. * Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff. * Manage vendor relationships and service contracts. * Conduct routine facility inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly. * Maintain facility records, inventory, and asset documentation. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. * Support branch operations with administrative and facility-related requirements.
