*Job Summary* We are looking for an experienced and proactive Housekeeping & Maintenance Supervisor to manage the day to-day operations of our large-scale residential facility. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring impeccable cleaning standards across facility, and acting as the "eyes and ears" of the facility to proactively report and resolve maintenance issues. *Maintenance & Asset Care: * Act as the primary point of contact for HK facility infrastructure. Responsible for spotting defects before they become complaints. Maintain a "Maintenance Logbook" to report and track issues, ensuring they are resolved by the technical/maintenance team (plumbing, electrical, civil works, or landscaping issues) Ensure that all common area utilities (lighting, water features, pathways) are functional and report malfunctions immediately. Conduct daily site walkthroughs to ensure the facility is spotless and meets company standards. Manage cleaning inventory, machinery, and chemical usage to ensure zero wastage. Supervise, motivate, and train a team of cleaning/service staff. Prepare daily duty rosters, monitor attendance, and ensure staff discipline and uniform standards.
