As we continue to expand our field operations and support patients and healthcare facilities, we are seeking a technically skilled and responsible Diploma Holder Technician to support installation, maintenance, and field-level technical services. *Key Responsibilities* * Install, commission, and de-install APD machines at hospitals, clinics, and patient locations. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of medical devices as per approved procedures and service manuals. * Diagnose and troubleshoot basic electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults in APD machines. * Replace components, perform functional testing, and ensure devices are operational and safe for use. * Provide on-site technical support to healthcare staff, patients, and caregivers when required. * Assist users with basic operational guidance and handling instructions under supervision. * Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and installation documentation. * Coordinate with the Field Engineering and Customer Support teams for service scheduling and issue escalation. * Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and medical device safety requirements during all field activities. * Support senior engineers during complex troubleshooting, upg…
