*JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES* * Provide premium field service support for our premier GeneXpert product line. * Travel extensively throughout the assigned region to handle client needs. * Manage complex installations and deliver comprehensive customer training in close coordination with the Application team. * Provide expert support on instrumentation and efficiently manage the regional spare parts inventory. * Work closely with the Technical Support team to systematically address customer complaints, determine robust corrective actions, and ensure diligent customer follow-up. * Document and report the company's product maintenance issues and technical errors transparently to Technical Support. * Be available to work on-call during designated weekends to guarantee rapid service support within short response windows. * Consistently achieve and exceed overall customer satisfaction objectives. *REQUIREMENTS* * *BS / BSC / BTECH / DAE *in Biomedical, Electronics, and Electrical Engineering. * Have at least *2 years of experience *in the diagnostic division or a related role. * Fast learner and highly adaptable to dynamic environments. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Territories: KPK, AJK, Gilgit, FATA and Baluchistan.
