A Snapshot of your day Your day includes inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning critical valve systems and high-pressure hydraulic control systems for gas turbines and steam turbines. You will support planned outages, commissioning activities, and emergency service assignments to ensure the safe, reliable, and precise operation of rotating equipment. How You’ll Make an Impact Inspect, dismantle, maintain, refurbish, and overhaul industrial and turbine-related valves, including control, stop, bypass, safety relief, fuel gas, and actuator-operated valves. Perform valve lapping, calibration, pressure testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and operational alignment. Maintain, repair, test, and commission high-pressure hydraulic systems, including pumps, accumulators, cylinders, actuators, manifolds, and control blocks. Execute hydraulic oil flushing, cleanliness verification, pressure testing, and operate specialized hydraulic tensioning and tightening equipment such as HYTORC and ITH. Interpret P&IDs, mechanical drawings, and hydraulic schematics to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities. Ensure compliance with EHS, FME, and lifting/rigging requirements while maintaining accurate service reports, maintenance records, and quality documentation.
