*Key Responsibilities:* * Visit Melbrew Coffee branches as assigned to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures to ensure smooth daily operations. * Perform preventive maintenance on electrical installations, coffee machines, lighting, power outlets, and other store equipment to minimize downtime. * Diagnose electrical faults quickly and carry out safe, effective repairs while complying with company safety standards and electrical regulations. * Coordinate with branch managers to identify maintenance needs, maintain service records, and report completed work, required spare parts, and recurring issues. * Travel regularly between branches, respond promptly to maintenance requests, and support general technical maintenance tasks when required to keep stores fully operational. *Requirements:* * 2–4 years of electrical or general technician experience, preferably in cafes, hotels, or retail chains. * Knowledge of electrical systems. * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills. *Working Conditions:* * Field-based role covering multiple stores, if applicable. * Flexible working hours and on-call availability for emergencies.
