About the Role We are seeking a reliable *Generator Operator* to conduct weekly inspections and preventive maintenance of our diesel generator. The selected candidate will ensure the generator remains in excellent working condition and is ready for operation whenever required. Key Responsibilities * Visit the site *once every week* to inspect the generator. * Start and test-run the generator to ensure proper functionality. * Check engine oil, coolant, battery, fuel level, belts, filters, and other essential components. * Monitor voltage, frequency, and overall generator performance. * Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor adjustments. * Maintain service logs and maintenance records. * Report any faults or maintenance requirements immediately. * Coordinate repairs when major issues are identified. * Keep the generator and surrounding area clean and safe. * Be available for emergency call-outs if required.
